WWF aimed to deepen user engagement and personalization on their platform. The existing design lacked the interactive elements necessary for users to feel connected to the cause they were supporting, hindering the overall user experience and potentially impacting donation rates.
We introduced custom product steppers for symbolic adoptions, virtual gifts, and e-cards, incorporating features like recipient and sender detail customization, personal message integration, and scheduling options. These innovations, along with real-time preview capabilities, transformed the user experience, making it more interactive, personal, and engaging. These changes were designed to foster a deeper connection between the users and WWF’s conservation mission.
The revamp led to a significant uplift in conversion rates, evidencing the success of the personalized engagement strategy. The preview features for certifications and e-cards instilled greater confidence in purchasers, enhancing user satisfaction and engagement. This overhaul not only streamlined the donation process but also made it a more enjoyable experience, leading to increased interaction with WWF’s offerings and mission.
