Committed to reducing plastic waste with sustainable, plant-based, and 100% recyclable alternatives to plastic water bottles, Boxed Water partnered with eHouse to revamp their DTC and B2B Shopify sites. Addressing challenges with limited site functionality and accessibility, eHouse developed a flexible Shopify 2.0 theme, ensuring seamless control for both DTC and B2B platforms while enhancing ADA compliance through updated branding and interactive elements.

To further improve user experience, eHouse streamlined Boxed Water’s product catalog, updated photography, and implemented intuitive add-to-cart features. They boosted subscription rates by clearly communicating benefits and optimizing the purchase process with persuasive calls to action. These enhancements not only improved product findability and accessibility but also drove higher average order values, positioning Boxed Water for sustainable growth.
