Future-Proofing Commerce: Streamlining TITLE Boxing's D2C and B2B Experience, Boosting Conversions, & Driving Growth

TITLE Boxing is the leader in boxing and mixed martial arts equipment, supplies and gear, helping fighters, coaches and fitness enthusiasts reach their goals. As their D2C and B2B business grew, TITLE Boxing wanted to make it simpler to manage their D2C and wholesale websites, while also enabling their wholesale customers to see customized prices and place orders at any time. With high monthly costs for bug fixes, not having the level of control they wanted to manage site content, and integration issues on their existing build, TITLE Boxing decided it was time to migrate from Magento to Shopify Plus.

eHouse delivered a solution for TITLE Boxing that addressed their two biggest concerns: streamlining management of multiple sites for different customers and reducing ongoing costs. By consolidating TITLE Boxing’s two existing wholesale stores into a single B2B eCommerce store and leveraging Shopify’s B2B features and functionality, TITLE Boxing was able to more easily manage its D2C and wholesale stores from a single admin while also providing customized pricing for different wholesale customers. A customized gated login landing page created an on-brand experience tailored to TITLE Boxing’s wholesale vision, and key page templates built with ReactJS future-proofed the site build to support faster load times, more flexibility in future development, and a growing product catalog.

eHouse launched TITLE Boxing’s new, modern and user-friendly D2C and B2B sites in just months, resulting in a higher overall conversion, average order value and add-to-cart rates. Additionally, after an email announcing the new B2B website, sales immediately increased 25%.
