Leveraging Shopify Plus: Redesigning Customer Experience for Streamlined Subscriptions and Increased Revenue

MegaFood, known for its high-quality vitamins and supplements, faced low subscription conversions due to customers not understanding the value of subscription pricing. To address this, MegaFood partnered with eHouse to migrate their site from Salesforce (SFCC) to Shopify Plus, reorganize the information architecture, and implement a strategic plan to boost subscriptions. eHouse integrated a seamless, branded subscription portal and redesigned the product detail page (PDP) to highlight subscription options and incorporate in-cart subscription upsells. Within two months of launching the redesigned site, MegaFood saw a significant 9.7% increase in conversion rates (CVR), a 6.9% increase in revenue, and a year-over-year (YOY) customer retention rate (CYR) increase of 40.1%. These improvements led to enhanced customer satisfaction and increased revenue.
