Reshaping eCommerce Excellence: Enhancing Origin USA's Site for Seamless UX and Authentic Storytelling

Origin USA, known for its American-made jiu-jitsu gis and fitness gear, partnered with eHouse to enhance their eCommerce platform and highlight their dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability. One of the main challenges was ensuring accurate sizing for customers. To address this, eHouse implemented a feature that pre-selected the correct size variant for logged-in users, while integrating size guides directly into product detail pages for easy access.

To further highlight the brand’s values, eHouse developed custom content modules that reinforced Origin USA’s heritage and mission. These modules were integrated site-wide, including in the buy box and banners, engaging customers with the brand’s story of reclaiming American manufacturing. Additionally, eHouse implemented product bundling options, allowing customers to pair Gi tops and bottoms at a discount, and revamped the site’s navigation to better support their expanding product line. This holistic approach improved user experience and strengthened customer engagement with the brand’s values.
