An eCommerce Glow-Up: NassifMD®’s Transformation Through Targeted Marketing

NassifMD® Skincare, founded by Dr. Paul Nassif, partnered with eHouse to refine its eCommerce operations. To address challenges like customer retention, lost sales recovery, and list growth, eHouse implemented targeted strategies using tools like Klaviyo and Recharge. SMS lead-generation campaigns expanded the audience, growing the list by 5% monthly, while retention-focused efforts helped convert first-time buyers into repeat customers. These strategies contributed to a 23% increase in year-to-date revenue and a 6% improvement in conversion rates compared to 2023.

Despite reduced Meta advertising spending and higher cost per thousand impressions, eHouse’s approach achieved 10% more purchases, a 30% higher return on advertising spending, and 10% more revenue in the fourth quarter. Klaviyo campaigns accounted for 65.88% of November revenue, a 35% year-over-year increase, while the email list grew by 14% in 2024. By leveraging strategic integrations and refining the customer journey, NassifMD® achieved measurable and sustainable growth.
